Digital Audio
I can take your existing recordings on casette, mini-disc, or CD; and present
them as a coherent audio CD, or encode them as MP3, or Ogg/Vorbis files for use
on the internet.
- Editing
- Removal of accidental noises (cars passing, dogs barking, etc.)
- Noise Reduction
- Reduction of tape hiss (this is present on most if not all casettes.)
- Reduction of mains hum (a low pitched sound created by old analogue equipment.)
- Dubbing
- Adding music over the top of spoken passages.
- Adding sound-effects to the original recording.
- Compilation
- Re-ordering the individual tracks of a recording to make them more suitable for presentation.
- Bringing recordings from various sources together onto one disc.
Typical Prices
Any information supplied on this page is meant as a guide only, and does not constitute a

needs.
For a 1 hour casette recording:
- a fully cleaned, noise-reduced master will cost £100.00
- a simple noise-reduced CD master will cost £75.00
- if noise reduction is not required, this will be £50.00
